These terms cover your use of olenaseuropeanspa.com (the "Site"), run by Pure Vanity Wellness LLC, doing business as Olena's Spa and Laser ("Olena's", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site describes our services in general terms. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation. Results shown or described are examples; your results depend on your skin, hair, health and other factors. Whether a treatment is right for you is decided at an in-person consultation.
Prices and offers on the Site, in our ads or on social media can change and may have conditions. The price you pay is the one in your signed agreement or receipt. Online booking is handled by Aesthetic Record, and a booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation. Our rescheduling and cancellation policy is shown on the Site and applies to every booking.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It is part of these terms.
Don't misuse the Site: no hacking, scraping, sending spam or harmful code, pretending to be someone else, or using it for anything illegal. Information you send us through forms must be true and must be yours to share.
Text, photos, logos, before-and-after images and videos on the Site belong to Olena's or to people who gave us permission. You may view and share links to the Site for personal use. You may not copy, sell or reuse our content without written permission.
The Site links to services run by others, such as Aesthetic Record (booking), Cherry (financing), Google and social media. We don't control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
If you send us a review, photo or testimonial for public use, you give us permission to show it on the Site and in our marketing, unless you tell us otherwise. Treatment photos are different: we never post them without your signed photo consent form.
We work to keep the Site accurate and online, but it is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or virus-free. This section is about the website only. Your treatment is covered by your signed service agreement.
To the extent the law allows, Olena's is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the Site, and our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for our own gross negligence or for personal injury caused by our negligence.
Oregon law applies to these terms. Please contact us first so we can try to fix the problem; most issues are solved with a phone call. If we can't, any claim goes to the small claims department or the circuit court for Clackamas County, Oregon.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the Site after a change means you accept it.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, Olena's Spa & Laser texts you about your appointments, questions and occasional offers. How often depends on your bookings and conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
